Shipping

In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs will be added. For different countries, we charge the following flat-rate shipping fees or base prices regardless of the order value. For bulky items such as boxes and cassettes, and also for larger quantities of small items, as well as items that can only be shipped as bulky goods due to their size or packaging, the corresponding shipping surcharges will be added. The actual shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart in our store or in our written offers.

We deliver with DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, and freight forwarding. The choice of a different delivery address or Packstation is possible during the ordering process.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email. With this service, you can conveniently check the current delivery status of your package.

Payment

Prices

The prices valid at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory VAT, provided the product is subject to VAT.

Due Date and Default

The price is due upon conclusion of the contract unless a later date arises from the following payment terms. For consumers: In the event of default, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of €1.50 per reminder from the second reminder onwards. You have the right to prove that a lesser damage has occurred. Further claims remain unaffected. For entrepreneurs: In the event of default, we reserve the right to charge you the statutory default interest rate of nine percentage points above the base rate, as well as a lump sum of €40. Further claims remain unaffected.

In our shop, you generally have the following payment options available.

Prepayment

When selecting the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and will deliver the goods after payment is received.

Credit Card

During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA Direct Debit

By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the debit at least one banking day in advance (so-called prenotification). A banking day is any business day except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and December 24th and 31st of each year. The account will be debited after the goods are shipped.

Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

PayPal

In collaboration with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal Services. Unless otherwise specified below, payment via PayPal does not require registration with PayPal. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment option, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order.

PayPal may offer additional payment modalities to registered and selected PayPal customers according to its own criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these modalities; any additional individually offered payment modalities are part of your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

Credit Card via PayPal

Your card will be charged by PayPal after the goods have been shipped.

Direct Debit via PayPal

Payment by direct debit via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal. By confirming the payment order, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the debit (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.

Invoice

The invoice amount is due 14 days after receiving the invoice and the goods via bank transfer to the bank account specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.
