Studying standards for archiving goods like ISO 9706, you may find a requirement that most materials don´t meet: the buffering substance. It is rejected in most recommendations for photographic materials, because albumin papers, cyanotypes and dye transfers might be harmed by the buffering substance itself. Who generally stores photos in non-buffered materials (direct contact) might not care specifically about identifying the individual photographic process. The buffering serves as protector for the archival paper, so it takes up acids much slower and the paper ages less fast. We recommend this buffered archival paper for graphics, inkjetprints as well as b/w prints, 120 g/sqm, P.A.T.passed. 100 sheets per pack.
