Price-effective filing sheets made of uncoated pure and polyethylene and polypropylene. These quality sleeves are a safe alternative to the widely used non-archival glassine and acetate sleeves. They have been classified as safe and archival-safe according to a test conducted by the Image Permanence Institute (please contact us for the relevant test results). The polypropylene version is stronger and clearer than the polyethylene version. Contact prints can be made directly with all sleeves. Partially, the sleeves are also suitable for hanging rails.

Tips for choosing the right picture pockets:
We offer different qualities of transparent picture pockets. All have in common the high archival quality and suitability for long-term archiving. The simplest and cheapest are glassine pockets, the next quality levels are polyethylene (cheap but also somewhat wavy) and polypropylene/BOPP (medium quality, clear and well flat). The highest quality (crystal clear, lying flat and completely impervious to fingerprints and the like) are polyester bags.
